Faulty or Defective Products

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if a product:

  1. Is faulty or defective
  2. Is unsafe
  3. Is significantly different from its description

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  1. Incorrect selection
  2. No longer needed
  3. Better price found elsewhere

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion and must meet all of the

following conditions:

  1. Item is unused and unopened
  2. Returned in original packaging
  3. Request made within 7 days of purchase
  4. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used fitness equipment, mats, or accessories
