Commercial use is not permitted by default. Please contact us for prior written approval before using any product in a commercial environment.
Yes. The majority of our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults under normal home use, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns may be considered at our discretion if items are unused, unopened, and requested within 7 days of purchase.
If your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Yes. Click and Collect is available from our Ingleburn location once you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation or call us before coming to the store.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Most products require self-assembly. Customers are responsible for correct and safe assembly. Professional installation is recommended for heavy equipment.
